To begin a project, please email the store at info@pottedstore.com and include some basic details such as:
- What area in your home you need help with?
- What is your budget?
- Do you have any inspiration photos either via Pinterest, Instagram or whatever media you prefer?
- Do you have a deadline?
- Where are you located? (We have a limited area of service)
One of our Plant Designers will get back to you within 48 hours and then, based on your needs, you can decide how to move forward.
After this initial assessment, our Plant Designer will give you a proposal (either verbal or written depending on scope) and if you accept, a 50% deposit will be required.
Upon completion of project, you will be billed for remaining balance of what was actually used and actual hours worked. You will also be provided with plant care instructions.
Initial consults are $125 and then, if engaged, $100/hr. for the services of our professional Plant Designers.
Additional assistants are billed at $55/hr.
Plants and materials are billed as used in an itemized invoice.
