This was handled easily and just delighted the recipient.
I ordered a gift card several days ahead of the recipients birthday thinking it would arrive in time for her birthday ( same city) and it arrived two weeks later. Not a big deal and customer service was polite… but will for sure pick it up myself next time.

Had an issue with a gift card mailing only to fine out it was my fault! Annette was great and even attempted to hand deliver which was appreciated.

I received great service and help sending gifts from your shop to my daughter in LA. They even gift wrapped the book I purchased along with the gift certificates to mail out before Christmas! Annette was very helpful . Thank you and here’s to a Happy Vaccinated New Year for all!
