As if this Hoya Kerrii (aka Sweetheart Plant) isn't beautiful enough with it's heart-shaped leaves, it's also super easy to care for!
Care: Hoyas make good houseplants, but being a succulent vine, it requires really good light and must be allowed to dry out between waterings.
Tip: They are very easy to propagate!
