We accept returns on purchases with either a store credit or exchange within 10 days from delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packing, tags, etc. including a copy of the purchase receipt. Shipping costs from Potted are not refundable. Cost for a return shipment is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Exception to return policy - ALL FOUNTAINS, FIRE PITS OR FURNITURE. These are final sale unless it is determined there is a manufacturer's or shipping issue.
How do I do a return?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the information of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. You will receive an email from Potted within 7 days of your request with instructions.
How do I file a damage claim?
We pack and inspect our merchandise carefully to insure a safe delivery. If, however, damage does occur, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement. UPS and FedEx require an inspection in the event of damage, so please hold on to all packing materials and the damaged item until damage assessment is resolved. Please, inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival and take photos if there is obvious damage.
Currently, we are shipping to addresses within the Continental USA only. All orders are shipped FedEx ground (which averages 4 to 5 business days) unless other arrangements have been made. In stock orders typically ship within 4-5 business days. If we cannot ship within 4-5 days we will inform you with a new shipment date via email. Custom orders and drop ship items have a longer lead time and specifics are noted in the item description. Shipping charges are based on purchase amounts unless otherwise noted in the product description.
01 to 49.99 = $9.95
50.00 to $74.99 = $11.95
75.00 to 99.99= $16.95
100.00 to 149.99= $19.95
150.00 to $199.99 = $25
$200 and up = $30
Note: items that have extra shipping surcharges will show free shipping but will then have a shipping surcharge. You can always find the total shipping in the item description. If non-surcharged items are shipping with those that have extra shipping, they will incur the normal shipping fees above. Items don't always ship from the same location.

How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you confirming shipment with tracking information.

Cancellations & Backorders
Once an order is processed and packaged a 15% cancellation fee will be incurred if you choose to cancel. If the cancellation is immediate, no fee is charged. For items that are made-to-order from a third party or special-ordered, it may not be possible to cancel an order. Call the store to see what can be done.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and the shipment will not be backordered unless approved by you, the customer. We work conscientiously to make sure our customers receive the best possible customer service available however we cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays due to third-party providers.
9.5% sales tax will be added to your order only if we are shipping within California.
