Currently, we are shipping to addresses within the Continental USA only. All orders are shipped with basic ground service (which averages 4 to 5 business days) unless other arrangements have been made. In stock orders typically ship within 4-5 business days. If we cannot ship within 4-5 days we will inform you with a new shipment date via email. Custom orders and drop ship items have a longer lead time and specifics are noted in the item description. Shipping charges are based on item weight unless otherwise noted.

How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you confirming shipment with tracking information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellations & Backorders
Once an order is processed and packaged a 15% cancellation fee will be incurred if you choose to cancel. If the cancellation is immediate, no fee is charged. For items that are made-to-order from a third party or special-ordered, it may not be possible to cancel an order. Call the store to see what can be done.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and the shipment will not be backordered unless approved by you, the customer. We work conscientiously to make sure our customers receive the best possible customer service available however we cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays due to third-party providers.
Taxes
9.5% sales tax will be added to your order only if we are shipping within California.
